Tucked away in the Somerset countryside, The Rooms at Lower Farm offer relaxed and flexible exclusive use accommodation for groups of up to 9 guests, increasing to 11 guests when Room 4 opens in June 2026.

Thoughtfully designed for gathering together while still enjoying privacy and comfort, the rooms can be arranged to suit couples, friends, families, and wedding parties alike.

Ideal for bridal parties and groomsmen looking to stay together before a wedding at Henlade House, just a five-minute drive away, Lower Farm provides a calm countryside setting to prepare, celebrate, and spend time together before the day begins.

Sleeping Arrangements

  • Room 1 — Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child
    Super king room with additional sofa bed suitable for a child

  • Room 2 — Sleeps 2 adults
    Flexible super king or twin layout

  • Room 3 — Sleeps up to 4 guests
    Suitable for either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, with super king bed and additional sofa bed arrangement

  • Room 4(opening June 2026) — Sleeps 2 adults
    A large open-plan barn suite with exposed beams, rainfall shower, and generous space for bridal preparations and getting ready on the morning of the wedding
